Accused child abductor kidnapped boy at behest of another person: Landlord

The man accused of abducting a three-year-old boy from Sparwood was working at the “behest” of another person, according to a Global News story.

Randall Hopley’s former landlord revealed in an interview with Global News, Cindy Pater that he kidnapped the boy on someone else's behest.
