Missing bike, broken fence highlight weekend in Salmo

Salmo RCMP have recovered a black coloured, medium sized mountain bike Tuesday in the Glendale road area.

The bike has a serial number but a description will be required to claim the bike.

Mending broken fences

On Sunday, Sept. 4 between 1 and 8 a.m. suspect(s) broke a wooden fence located at the back of the Church of Salmo near the Silver dollar Pub in Salmo.

Two males and a female were in the area and RCMP would like to talk to them. The first male described as between 20-30, caucasian and was wearing a black toque and a camouflage coat.

The second male is 20-30, caucasian and had a hoodie on. No description of the female is available.
