MOVE – Josh Beamish Dance Company

@ Charles Bailey Theatre, Tuesday, Oct. 4, 7:30 pm

  • Admission: $105 for series or $30 for single ticket

Headlined by artistic director Josh Beamish’s Allemande, a work for six dancers that exists as a physical deconstruction of a Bach Cello suite and the accompanying social dances of the Baroque era, the evening also contains works by Matjash Mrozewski, Lara Barclay and Simone Orlando, who contributes a work to the songs of Johnny Cash.

On a personal note, Josh has a special connection with Trail having spent large portions of his childhood here with his parents who are both hailed from Trail. In fact, his mother’s dance teacher  was Carole Mackay Bonin.

See this show as part of the performance series or on its own.
