UPDATE: Body of 83-year-old West Kootenay woman recovered from Arrow Lake

The Nakusp and Revelstoke RCMP said Tuesday they had recovered the body of an 83-year-old woman from Arrow Lake.
The Nakusp resident was reported missing Friday after she was overdue from returning from an eye appointment in Revelstoke.
Kay Mansour was scheduled to attend a medical appointment in Revelstoke on Oct. 24, however she never arrived for it.
Friends in Nakusp believed Mansour was visiting in Revelstoke but when she did not keep in contact they became concerned.
The vehicle was located in the water by an RCMP helicopter Saturday in the water about 25 kilometres south of Revelstoke on Highway 23.
Her body was recovered the next day by members of the Southeast District dive team and Revelstoke Search and Rescue.
A preliminary investigation indicates the vehicle went off the road, rolled down the embankment and came to rest in about four metres of water.
The woman was not able to escape and is believed to have succumbed to the cold water. The investigation is continuing with the assistance of traffic analysts and the B.C. Coroners Service.

West Kootenay women missing
Kay Mansour, 83, was last seen back on Oct. 24, sitting in her vehicle pulled over along Highway 23 just north of the Shelter Bay Ferry Landing, Nakusp RCMP are reporting.
This landing is located at the north end of the Arrow Lakes, on Highway 23, approximately 56 kilometres south of Revelstoke.
RCMP received a report on Mansour on Friday afternoon, Nov. 4.
Mansour was scheduled to attend a medical appointment in Revelstoke on Oct. 24, however she never arrived for it. Friends in Nakusp believed Mansour was visiting in Revelstoke but when she did not keep in contact they became concerned.
Inquiries confirmed that Mansour was not staying with friends in Revelstoke and is now missing.
Mansour drives an older model, light blue coloured, 1993 Plymouth Colt hatchback bearing British Columbia licence plate number SJA 067.
RCMP, along with Search and Rescue personnel from Nakusp and Revelstoke, are currently conducting a search for MANSOUR along the Highway 23 corridor.
Mansour is described as a Caucasian female, 168 centimetres (five foot, six inches) tall, weighing 91 kilograms (201 pounds). She has brown hair and blue eyes.
