Former Source writer facing charges

Charges have now been filed in the Mohawk robbery incident which occurred on Feb 27, 2011.
Robert Leggett, 40, of Trail, has been charged with Robbery, and Disguising Face with Intent to Commit an Indictable offence. Leggett appeared in Nelson court on June 19, and was released from custody on an undertaking given to a judge. He is to abide by several conditions pending his next court date, including being bound by a curfew from 11 p.m. until 7 a.m. daily, and not to possess any weapons.
A long investigation coupled with information provided by a member of the public led to this arrest.
