Coroners Service identifies man killed in car accident near Crescent Valley

The BC Coroners Service has confirmed the identity of a man who died after a motor vehicle incident near Crescent Valley on Monday (July 7) as Jesse Edward Van Skiver Bachner, aged 28, of Crescent Valley.
Bachner was the driver and sole occupant of a pickup truck which was involved in an single-vehicle incident on Highway 6 about five kilometres north of Crescent Valley about 6:30 p.m. Monday.
Bachner was deceased at the scene of the incident.
The BC Coroners Service and RCMP continue to investigate this death.
