UPDATED: Police continue to search for B & E suspects

Nelson RCMP continue to investigate the Sunday evening break and enter of the Gold Island Forest Products in South Slocan.

Nelson RCMP Constable Bill Long told The Nelson Daily police believe information will begin to come in from the public soon.

Long said the two suspected, believed to be local to the area, broke into the South Slocan business approximately 8 p.m. Sunday (September 28) and made off with an undisclosed amount of various tools from the mill.

Pictures of the suspects were retrieved from cameras not in place at the secluded mill at 2896 Sentinel Road in South Slocan.

RCMP asks for public assistance in locating B & E suspects

Nelson RCMP are asking for public assistance to identify two suspects believed to be responsible for breaking and entering into Gold Island Forest Products in South Slocan on Sunday (September 28).

RCMP, who have released photos of the two suspects, said the males made off with an undisclosed amount of various tools from the mill.

Gold Island Forest Products is located at 2896 Sentinel Road in South Slocan.
