Mark your calendars for this year’s Community Science Celebration on April 10,  Selkirk College gym, Castlegar.

This year’s celebration is planned to be even bigger and better than last year’s and, if last year was any indication, the booths will fill up fast.

The celebration will include eye-popping science shows, various demonstrations, challenges and an opportunity to meet all the people in your community doing cool science every day.

We also have the BCTC portable AquaVan from Vancouver Aquarium featuring live animals, props and activities related to aqua life.

With the generous support of FortisBC, we are also excited to bring the Solar Power Road show to our celebration. To view one of their presentations: http://www.vimeo.com/1271995
