Bigfoot video shot close to the West Kootenay sparks You Tube interest

Bigfoot was allegedly caught on video by a woman less than 240 kilometres from Nelson.
A woman from Spokane, Wash., posted a You Tube video May 24 of the creature she claims to have accidentally caught while she was hiking in the woods near Spokane.
The grainy video was taken with an iPhone while she was out for a walk in the woods with her friends.
“While hiking, we accidentally caught an image of bigfoot walking through the woods,” she wrote on her posting. “I didn’t even notice until I got home and saw it on the computer! This scarred the crap out of us!”
As of Sunday night, over 281,000 people had viewed the video.
According to Inlander.com, the woman said “they were in downriver park where the big hill starts to flatten out down by the river. The video is from my iphone. I was filming my friends slapping at ginormous mosquitoes and trying to get through some thick weeds.” – Samantha13950
