City of Trail 2022 utility bill deadline reminder

The deadline for City of Trail 2022 utility bills is 3:30 PM on Tuesday, January 3, 2023. If unpaid as of January 3, 2023, a 10 percent penalty will be applied.
- Pay online through your banking institution – you will need your City of Trail Utilities Invoice Account Number, included on the invoice received in early 2022 (do not include the spaces) – allow for sufficient time for your payment to process before the due date.
- Pay online using our online payment system – you will need your 13-digit account number and online access / PIN, included on your bill received in early 2022.
- Pay at Trail City Hall with cash, cheque, debit card, Mastercard or Visa. We are open Monday through Friday 9 AM to 3:30 PM. City Hall is closed Monday, December 26, Tuesday, December 27 and Monday, January 2, 2023.
