Trail's 2023 Christmas Tree Pick Up Jan. 22

City of Trail
By City of Trail
January 4th, 2023

On Sunday, Jan. 22, students from J.L. Crowe will pick up Christmas trees where you normally put your garbage out for collection, and at designated locations within each neighbourhood. See the locations listed below or shown on the map at www.trail.ca/TreePickUp

Students will pass through your area only once, so please ensure your tree is placed in your garbage collection spot or at a designated location prior to Sunday, January 22 so students do not have to walk on private property.

If your tree is missed, you may dispose of it yourself at the McKelvey Creek Regional Landfill. Fees may apply.

Neighbourhood designated locations:

  • Waneta Area – Waneta Village Park and at the Intersection of Theatre Road & Highway 22A
  • Glenmerry – Carnation Drive at the tunnel and at Public Works outside the yard at 3370 Highway Drive
  • East Trail – Butler Park at the Grandstand
  • Sunningdale – Hillside Drive at the “Y”
  • West Trail – Bocce Pits on Old Rossland Avenue and at the Old Trail Bridge West Side Parking Lot
  • Tadanac – Stoney Creek Road Pullout
  • Miral Heights – Miral Heights Park

Thank you for your cooperation.
