Hello friends,
In case you haven’t already heard, the Greater Trail Hospice Society is hosting a fundraising LIVE DANCE AND AUCTION on Saturday, May 2, at the Rossland Legion at 2081 Washington Street at 6 p.m. Hospice serves our communities from Fruitvail to Rossland by offering compassionate, inclusive and practical support during life limiting illness, end of life and grieving.
The highlight of this evening will be the phenomenal dance band from Nelson, the 6 person LAZY POKER BLUES BAND, to keep you moving to your favorite tunes…So get out your dancing shoes and join the Trail Hospice Society for a lively evening and for a great cause!
The doors will open on May 2 at 6 p.m., so you can peruse the live and silent auction items, and bid on the silent auction ones. The dance music will begin at 7 p.m. and play until 10 p.m., with a pause in the middle for the live auction of some of the bigger ticket items. Our business communities have very generously stepped up with over a hundred varied and exciting gifts on which to bid!.
Tickets for this event are available online for $25 by E-transfer to  info@trailhospice.org. (or at the door while supplies  last).  Children are free and welcome to stay until 9 p.m. The Legion will be selling beverages.
See you there!  And if you can’t join us, donations are always welcome at the same email address above.
