Kootenay Gallery of Art Presents Young Visions 2026

This exhibition will showcase the creativity, talent, and artistic growth of young artists from across SD20 in a vibrant display of student and instructor works produced over the past year, bringing together a diverse collection of artworks spanning multiple mediums.
Visitors will get a unique opportunity to experience the perspectives and ideas of emerging young artists, reflecting the imagination, experimentation, and dedication that define youth arts education in the region.
Young Visions is about celebrating creativity at every stage of learning. By exhibiting student and instructor works side by side, the show demonstrates the power of mentorship, and artistic exploration.
We invite our community, families, educators, and art lovers to immerse themselves in the energy and vision of the region’s young artists.
