Trail Community Action Team presents Respect & Connect 2024
The Trail Community Action Team (TCAT) is holding a free event on Tuesday, Feb. 6 from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at JL Crowe Secondary School.
TCAT’s Youth World Café will give youth and their parents information on the various organizations offering services to youth at risk of harm from drug use, and how to access them. From counselling to after-school activities, the following organizations will briefly present their programs, followed by an open question period and networking:
- ANKORS
- Circle of Indigenous Nations Society
- Freedom Quest
- Interior Health’s Youth Intensive Case Management and Youth Mental Health and Substance Use programs
- JL Crowe Secondary School
- Kootenay Columbia Learning Centre
- Rossland Youth Action Network
- Salmo Valley Community Centre
- Trail Association for Community Living and Career Development Society
- Trail Skills Centre
- Trail Youth Action Network
